This fabric is an incredible combination of lightweight and highly breathable material, with extraordinary arc flash protective qualities in a single ply.  During an arc exposure, it blocks heat flow while the fabric forms a carbonaceous char – stopping the spread and transmission of flames and reducing heat transfer to skin.
